How Are You Challenging Yourself ?

D.I.D. , Logan's Loophole, No Armor, Heavy Roleplay restrictions, Very Hard/hardcoe ?

So with my new character I'm thinking how to challenge myself while having fun?

I want to do Logan's Loophole badly, but at the same time there are perks I don't want to miss out on.

I want to do a D.I.D., but I want to do as many quests and finish all 4 DLC's, and complete New Vegas Bounties as in get very single bounty and evuentually kill Marko (some bounties are hard to find).

I want to do Very Hard / hardcoe, but it's not challenging enough on its own.

So this is what I came up with:

1. I want a companion, but at the same time I want a challenge, so I get Cass but I only wear clothing throughout the entire game--absolutely no armor (which is really hard considering all the mods I run)

2. No Fast-Travel. This is more challenging than it sounds. Oh wait, I'm short of ammo I gotta run through hostile territory to get to the Hoover Dam armory master. It also extends the life of your character, that's another way to look at it.

3. Normal / hardcoe. I usually only play Very Hard- but its annoying to play Very Hard with just clothing, especially considering the mods I run.

4. Complete Drug addict, do every drug as often as possible and don't worry about the side effects. Which means I'll be losing a ton of special points a majority of the game.

5. Use more low -end weaponry. Instead of a Riot Shotgun, use a Lever-Action / Caravan Shotgun. Instead of a Ranger Seqouia, use a .44, instead of using Mercy, use mines and dynamite.

-no Crosshairs, Very Hard, hardcoe, DID, pure Explosives, nothing else.
probably will get rid of the HUD too probably .-.

thinking about no fast Travel as well.

No Fast-Travel can be frustrating at times, but if you stick to it, it's really rewarding, you feel like your character is out there exploring and not just zapping everywhere.

Like when I do my Cowboy characters, I feel like a real Ranger scouting out the land.

Very hard/hardcoe.

I use light touch perk, so light armor only.

Logans Loophole.

DiD

I try to avoid bugs/exploits as much as possible, and would in fact look for mods that kill the exploits that make the game easy.

The last companion I used was in Fallout 3, Charon, after him I may have used that mutant companion for a while. Other than that, all of my play throughs have been without companions to this day, except I use EDE-E from primm to novac ( item carrier).

I use fast travel since I like collecting plants , etc.
