So I'm making a gandalf-like character and was wondering if you guys could help me fill in the blanks or fix any errors I have. I'm sure there are people on this forum that know the lore better than I do. I know he is a wizard but what kind of magic does he do?

Race: Breton, with a long greying beard

Armor: Cloth robes

Weapons: Long-Sword (Probably silver or iron with some sort of enchantment to make it glow)
A Staff of ______________?

Personality: Sturn but kind, will probably side with the rebels. Wise enough to see past conflicts and is usually a loner, but will gather a party for long quests (Not sure how big parties can be but I assume it's like Oblivion).

Will specialize in: One handed
Destruction? (If so what element)
Illusion?
