non generic npc's

One thing that bothered me in morrowind, and a little bit in oblivon was that alot of the topics were just repeated over and over again. I loved the way fallout 3 did it, where you actually wanted to talk to each npc because you know they are going to be completely unique for every single dialogue option, I hope to see something close to this in skyrim, I understand that fallout 3 has way less npc's so its easier for them to have that kind of detail, but you can have hundreds of npc's, and it'll be as if their not there if they are just the same thing over and over again. Did anyone hear anything about npc depth in skyrim. Or people who were at pax, what did you think about it?

Well, there are far more voice actors, so it wont seem as repetive. I think with the radient story and all the time they put into it, it will come out as a huge diffrence from oblivion, one can hope at least!
