It's happened a couple of times since she joined me, we're in areas with no hostiles around - one the caverns under Oasis, then outside Evergreen Mills. The message comes up saying "Star Paladin Cross has died", then I can't find her body. I assume it's a bug but it doesn't seem to happen with my other follower Dogmeat, just curious if there's a genuine reason?
