Hello.

I have the problem that the ranking stats for my crysis2-profil ist not actual and has never been
updated since I reached the rank 2.
The rankingserver does not recognize any progress of my character "EL_M3RO_M3RO".
I have already restarted my nanosuit, when I reached the rank 50.
Now I reached rank 10 for the second time an in the online ranking I am still rank 2 with the same stats like in
the beginning.
IN game there is no such problem and any achievements and progress is okay.
On any server I join to play, my real rank is shown correctly and any XP-Points will be counted in.
So I think there is only a problem with the transfer to the online ranking server.

what can I do? please answer me, because this an untenable condition for someone who is involved
in playing online games.

PLEASE don't tell me that I have to create a new character!

btw: the EA support answered that he is now able to solve the problem, because there is no access to the crysis2-database.
the regularly support from gamesas.com does not answer?!!
