Dear Crysis community

I brought myself Crysis 2 limited edition from GAME (for ￡8.99 what I was very chuffed at) but when I go to the website provided on the sheet to activate my code for the limited edition multi player content, I login and then I am presented by just a black box with a 0 in the right hand conner seeing know where to enter my code my only guess is its bugged? Hope someone can help
