Is there a simple mod to zoom the 3rd person camera in

All the "Better 3rd person camera" mods I see are all actually just 1st person camera mods that change that into 3rd person. Is there a mod that keeps 1st person intact? Maybe even a simple way to do it just in the Oblivion.ini?
