The Wiki says that Auto Inject Stimpacks restore 90 HP with a 100 Medicine Skill but it doesnt specify if it can be enhanced by the Fast Metabolism perk (+20%) and the Cardiac Arrest implant (+50%), so anyone know?

They should get the 20% increase from fast metabolism, but not from cardiac arrest since it's a owb perk and you can't reference stuff cross-dlc.
