Enemies use Illusion on YOU!

There are a number of spells that are unavaliable to NPC's in Oblivion because at first thought it seems that some wouldn't work on the player character. Spells like Frenzy, Command Humanoid, and Demoralize simply don't exist in the NPC inventory. But why not? I think it would add some dynamics if, like Paralyze stops your control of movement, these spells disable your control of your character for a number of seconds.

--Frenzy makes your controls stop functioning, while your character starts charging at any living (or un-living) body near him, including people that were your enemies to begin with.

--Command Humanoid does much the same, except you are only be able to attack enemies of the one who cast the spell on you.

--Demoralize just makes you run away.

If this was a feature, it would make fighting mages a bit more complicated and strategic. You must keeps some handy spells, scrolls, or potions on you, to Dispel these crazy effects.

What do you think?
