youll note that to the very far East just above the town named "Eastmarch" is an area titled "Volcanic Tundra"
This Volcanic area would provide Proper warmth in climate and suitability not only for us Telvani but for our slaves as well.
and any other race also that posts a request here on this thread

i/we are asking humbly that you will provide this as a proper housing and settlement in the skyrim vicinity.

Firstly Dunmer didn't give a [censored] about Argonian's dignity and sought them only as pets.

Secondly, don't blame Argonians for not waiting for the Dunmer to re-cooperate their sorry asses after what they've done to the Argonians.

Thirdly, all Dunmer are good at are at hiding and assassinating in a subtle-cowardly way. When they built House Hlaalu and went in an all out public slavery on Argonians, they got their own ass handed back to them.

Yeah I think you missed the whole moon falling down causing the volcano to erupt which laid waste to the land which was then attacked by Nord and Orc mercenaries part. If the title was changed from Telvanni to Dunmer, I would approve of this; however, seeing as how this is not the case, no - screw the Telvanni. Bunch of conniving, scheming, bastards that let their own homeland rot because they were too busy figuring out how to backstab each other.
