Fallout New Vegas Game of the Year Edition coming out?

I think one of the developers said that there were no plans for a Game of the Year Edition. But that was an answer to a question asked a while ago, so I'm holding out on the hope that they're in the middle of making plans right now since they are apparently finished with making New Vegas DLC.

Uh, I think they'll just give you a code to unlock all the DLCs like they did for Borderlands.
