i think thats purely a dragon to NPC interaction. i think this so much im going to have to go ahead and say 100% NO, you cant be picked up.

I hope so. Be kinda silly if they treated us special because we're the chosen one. Though to be honest I think that's the dragons "finishing move". The giant dropped his weapon as he was picked up, so I think it was dead before it even got a foot off the ground.

Let's hope not, your character is going to have a hard time surviving the bite let alone the fall.

It's been confiremed that enemies can do finishing moves on you so why can't dragons do that?

ooooooh, good point. if picking up is a finishing move (im a go back and see if that giants health was low enough for a finisher) that would be awesome to die by being picked up and thrown instead of just melting

the clip is in my fan trailer in my sig, you go watch to k?

EDIT: yeah that giant had tons of health left, over half atleast. so mabye not a finisher

Nah, since dragons are intelligent creatures I'm sure that they know that if they pick you up they're going to get a mouth full of Dovahkiin, right before being ripped to shreds by their own shouts.

you did see that it picked up that giant waaaaaaay higher then any character could surive a fall from right? no matter WHAT its ALWAYS bs when an enemy can just pull out an un avoidable instant kill move on you. as a finisher tho it would be freakin awesome for when the next kill would have killed you anyways, be brought up super high and droped. but the way you guys are describing it sounds like you want it mid fight or out of nowhere o.O

It could be added as a finishing move a Dragon performs when the Players health is low enough: <10. The player then would be forced to keep his, or her health level above this critical point.

This could be a fun (or irritating?) way to die :)

The Dragon shouldn't be able to do it anytime, but only when the PC's health is low, then the Dragon can pluck the them off their feet and drop them onto the rocky terrain below.

They just need to reprogram the AI of the dragons for that to work: a good programmer can do this easily :)

I hope they CAN pick you up for the fear factor and those moments you wish you saved the game a minute before the dragon dropped you on your head from 500ft in the air. I admit I would probably be pretty mad but it would teach me to be more on guard around Skyrim.

I hope so. Along with being able to attack it while in it's mouth (Ex. Buggering it's eye with your foot/sword).

I don't think so...It seems like kind of an unfair one hit kill. The dragon also grabbed a guard in his jaws and again, I doubt this applies to the player character.

Good thinking! This could programmed in such a way that the dragon will be forced to land and leave you be, so you can perform your finishing dragon shout move :)

-_- What's unfair about it? We'll be onehitting weak enemies when we're strong, it should work the other way around too. It should be common sense for a mouse not to stand in the middle of a field, cause somethings going to mistake it for dinner. If you're weak and you can't fight dragons, you should have to take care and not get snuck up on by a 2 ton flying lizard.
