There's a merchant, Dale Barton, at the foot of the Fort, before you climb the hill to get to Caesar. I read somewhere that he will not trade with you if you have a bad reputation with Caesar's Legion. That's fine, but will he still play Caravan with you? Will he still do repairs?

I ask because he is the only merchant in the game who doesn't stop playing Caravan with you after 5 games. This means whenever he restocks his inventory he could be a constant source of free caps.
