I was wondering if any one knows the base Id# for this perk in FONV, with GRA and all the other packs add ons. The wikia says the id is x00092e, and XX is for this mod I believe 09.
I just cant seem to get this with the console, other perks work but not this one. any one can confirm this as to if iis correct info or not.
Im maxed out in my stats before I got the download installed.

It depends on your load order. Check the first two digits with FOMM.

and where is the mod manager or is that a download?
