I've started Dead Money and I'm already overloaded with stuff. Is there any place I could stash all this junk without it disappearing?

Right next to the gate leading back to the Abandoned BoS Bunker there is a garbage can that is half buried in the rubble. I stash all my loot there and have never lost a thing. Makes it really convenient to haul it all back to the Mojave once you finish Dead Money, too.

One more question- where the hell do I get microfusion cells for the Holorifle? There isn't a code for them in the Vending Machines...
