Best Voice Actor/Most Disappointing

Go ahead and list your favorites and your least favorite. Feel free to include your own categories as well.

My favorite voice actors have to be:

Joshua Graham played by Keith Szarabajka - That's just one badass, well-played voice that really suits our expectations of Joshua Graham. My favorite quote of the game is by him. ("I want to have my revenge. Against him. Against Caesar. I want to call it my own, to make my anger God's anger. To justify the things I've done.")

Rose of Sharon Cassidy played by Rachel Roswell - Just has soooo much character in the voice. When I hear her speak, I feel like I truly recognize this personality-type, like I've met this type of person before. And sure enough, I understood what kind of person Cass was after the first time she finished a sentence.

Right up there with those two, a favorite voice actor I consider the Most Underrated:

The Book Chute played by Beau Weaver - Ok ok, people love the type of humor that Muggy and the Toaster present. I get it. But c'mon, I cracked up when I heard the Book Chute. Sounds SOOOO convincing. Just like hearing Cass makes me think "ah she's this personality-type," I hear the Book Chute and immediately think "Ah crap, it's one of THOSE guys..." Reminds me so much of an obsessive-compulsive German teacher I once had.

Most disappointing was:

Veronica Santangelo played by Felicia Day - Not gonna lie, when I see people say she's the best, I can't help but feel like people are saying that just because of who she is, and not actually based on the quality of her work. I play the German version of the game, and I prefer our German Veronica over Felicia Day; a very rare occurance that I prefer a German voice actor over the original, but ours turned out to be really pretty damn good, making Felicia Day seem bland by comparison.

Best at delivering jokes:

Raul Tejada by Danny Trejo - Danny did pretty freaking good at keeping a straight face while delivering the more sarcastic lines. This is the only character I can think of that provided sarcastic humor without using an overtly-blatant sarcastic tone to go along with it.

Voice Actor I thought I'd hate, but turned out ok:

Ulysses
by Roger Cross - Ulysses had a weird style of speaking and he barely ever conveyed emotion, so when we first heard him, I was disappointed. When Lonesome Road came out though, then he came alive a little more. Wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad either.

I agree with you about Joshua and Cass. They happen to be my two most favorite characters along with Col. Moore.

It's hard to list the best. There's a lot of good ones. To pick one...Kris Kristofferson.

To pick the worst is easy...SUNNY SMILES! That job had to have been landed by sleeping with someone. It is sooo painful. I can only go through the Tut, with the sound down.

" That'll do fine...Just fine. Get on over to that campfire now...give it a try." OMG!!! I want to eat a freaking BULLET!

She sounds like a 5th grader reading a bedtime story, to a younger sibling.

The worst is totally Veronica Belmont playing the Light Switches, Stealth Suit, and Christine. Such horrible line reading.

What's weird is, again, the German voice actor for her is pretty good. :P
I see a pattern of gamer-girls doing poor voice-acting jobs followed by the German voice actors do them wonderfully. Maybe it's because Germans tend to "overact" just a little bit, but bubbly/humorous/ditzy/flirtatious girls tend to portray a lot of emotion anyways.
