Ever thought about doing this? Maybe just killing of the guards, or the entire town. Since you can kill people and sleep in their house and stuff, it sounds like a viable option, maybe it would feel to empty?. I'm sure those clever people on PC will make a town mod eventually. They did it on oblivion

The NPCs respawn so itd be an endless horde sorry lol.

If there were kids in the town they would always be there,seeing as they are invincible and what not.
