Hello, I was wondering if anyone if anyone is also in this situation. My friend and I both have Skyrim on pre order and are eagerly awaiting the 11th with £40's in hand. Back when oblivion came out my friend bought it day one but I didn't even know it existed (I'm only fifteen god dammit!, don't blame me). So far, my friend has logged multiple saves on oblivion, each around 50+ hours long ( I think his first save was about 500 hours long). Personally, I have only owned Oblivion for about a year and have played for about 55 hours, nowhere near my mate's accomplishments. Oblivion is his favourite game of all time and I think he may be one of the biggest fan's in the world. I envy his dedication towards oblivion and wish I had bought the game back when he did. But. I feel now that I may be able to redeem myself with Skyrim. If I could-somehow-become more of a hardcoe fan of Skyrim than my friend, then I will have truly achieved something on my life ( not really but...you know).
To me, Skyrim will be more than a game, it will become a real life journey/competition which I hope will revolutionise the way I, and the Industry will think about games forever! (well...until TES VI comes out)
Skyrim will be a multiplayer game without multiplayer.
