Bagpipes in Skyrim? : V

I know Skyrim isnt Scotland, but it's the closest TES is ever gonna get. Do you want bards to play them sometimes? Should they be in?

Well I guess that's an opinion, I'm not from Scotland but I love the sound of bagpipes http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQlzITtxAMA if your not a fan of bagpipes you probably won't make it through the first few seconds, but I would suggest waiting until it crescendos.
