I'm not trying to get into shape, but I've been jogging and exercising more often to pass the time. Maybe a part of me desires to be like my Dovahkiin, built and posses the ability to make my shouts send a guy half way across the country.
And don't really have any regimes, just in the mornings I...
- Wake up at 6
- Warm up
- Go jogging around my park for half-an-hour
- Return home (walking)
- Get my upper-body ready and do some sit ups, push ups, and life some weights
- Warm down and perform the stretches so I don't rip a ligament
- Hit the shower or bath to relax the muscles.
I mean, I could be doing it all wrong and risk popping a tendon and breaking my leg while out on a job, but that's my routine, nice and simple. I'm not trying to bulk up or the likes, just staying healthy. So I doubt I'll be much help, but no doubt they'll be someone from the military here that'll have a better regime for you.
