okay in oblivion they say that the nerevarine desapeared in Akavir (home of dragons) do you think that is some how related to the return of dragons?
(my opinion NO)

We don't know that. We know that they are different, that the Jills are not from Akavir, but we don't know if they're related or not (via ancestors).
