The originally announced release date is so close now, that if we don't hear the requirements fairly soon now, we can expect an announcement momentarily that they are sorry, but they can't meet their predicted release date (the date spread typically is in the three to six weeks from the release time period, and we are already past the six weeks point. Going Gold and releasing information sometimes occur close together, at the three weeks out point)

I ran Oblivion fine but now I am using three 1920 X 1200 monitors for gaming so my question is will Skyrim support 5760 X 1200 resolution?

Oblivion was five and a half years ago, and really doesn't have anything similar to the relationship with Skyrim that FO-NV will have. I'd check with that game's players about how it respects multiple displays.
