I've seen someone else mention this before but the guards have no armor. Just pants and that's all. The captain the orc barracks girl have theirs though. I know I'm not missing textures or whatever, because if I go into the barracks the guards will have them for a short while, then all the sudden they unequip to just only pants. I'm not sure if they do it when they notice me or if there is a timer. All other guards that aren't in the barracks are stripped before I see them.

Anyone see that before?

Sounds like an issue with the unarmored skill. What other mods are you using?

Yea, BTB's settings file for example will tend to do this for some mods. The unarmored skill becomes a lot better so the NPCs decide to take their armor off. I wish MCP could do something about that. I just remove the setting.
