small disappointment

Dont know whether this has been discussed before, but i was watching some of the footage and i couldn't help but notice that there is only one slider for hair colour. i dont quite know this is going to work, but surely it serverely limits what we can do...
couple of screenshots (low quality sorry)
edit:pics removed sorry
look around in youtube for the "less official" looking videos and pay attention a the character creation bits.

hate to be negative.

Remove the links to the pictures as those aren't allowed on this forum.

Posting off screen pictures is against forum rules. I think.

If they have a good selection of hair colours, I'll be ok with it though. I never really stray from a dark brown anyway.

No issue, I'm not big on green or pink hair.

There are a lot of amateur moderators here!

The slider could choose from 25 colours, or it could choose from 2000. We'll see when it ships

Yeah, this is probably gonna get locked.
But Fallout had the exact same thing and it worked just fine.
But also I believe there will be another screen for fine tuning shades and such.
Mods will fix that as well.

i hope you are right about there being another screen for fine tuning.

yeh but if they are too sensible about it then you wont be able to get those really exaggerated versions of those colours. for instance i might want my character to have really deep red hair, but it will restrict me to only "natural" looking auburn.

Let's hope "custom" is among the choices. There is no technical reason to limit this.

I'm just glad to see no anime hair, although it will be modded in unfortunately.

Not really, I would liken it to people flashing their lights on the road to inform other drivers if there's a cop stationed ahead.
