how do i do all that?
its insane to make a class in this since i want long swords sometimes and it isn't always there for my major skill lol
but ya that seems good
thank u
also how do i install a mod? first time doing something like this
so little mods D:
Some of the mods should have a short readme. If not, just look how folders are set up & put everything in properly named folders. Don't try it if you don't get what I mean...Daggerfall is big enough without mods.
The low reflexes is the very last thing you can select at character creation. Regenerate HP is a special advantage. The HP per level is at the top of the dagger on the right side of the screen. If you want 'easy points' to distribute to more advantages, you can use a high elf with the "critical weakness to paralysis" disadvantage, although it's a bit of a cheat on the system. Along with these tips, setting up your controls to something you feel more comfortable with (if you haven't already), is another major issue. Test out both view settings in the menu; they are majorly different, as is full-screen view.
If you want me to send along a character-making guide for another member a while back, I can PM that to you[EDIT: sorry, no I can't - I didn't save the PM]. For quicker access, though, here's a http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss156/zalunaya/example.jpg?t=1313657932 of most of the information packed together. Please note that it was a quick example - the major weapon skill and some other skills can be shuffled around to great effect while still having a powerful character to begin with. Short blade is easiest because of the ebony dagger question.
Good luck
