Im just wondering how feasible it was that you run away from execution and everyone acted like it never even happened! dont they keep records! specially for death sentences!!!
in oblivion we FLED from prison, and then when we went back to it and fled again we got a bounty of 500 on our heads.... wt hell!!!!

Who needs us so help them survive the terrible days,
That lie ahead for the Nord folk,
Dragons flying overhead, putting civilization in a death choke,
Civil war has struck too, so they're pretty busy,
Plus differnet holds and forces rule different cities,
So all in all, it does make sense,
But hey, that's just my two cents.

Who says we ran away? Maybe a dragon appeared during your execution and they let you go to fight it?

Why would they keep records unless you were really important? You were just a random criminal who was captured while crossing the border. No big deal. Just kill the guy, move on. All records would probably be limited to whatever fake name you told them you had. Unless you meet those people again, there's no way they'll know who you are. And even they will forget your face after a while, or not care enough to actually arrest you again.

Sience when was it confirmed its any sort of Authorities that are supposed to execute you? Might aswell be bad guys? what do we know?

Until we get to see the intro, all we can do is guess.

I would say that those who are trying to execute us are either a rogue group, or they believe one way or another that we died, or they just don't care, or their messenger with your details didn't make it to the nearest hold.

It would be neat to play the game as a fugitive- if everyone was against you, hook up with the underground, sneaking around town - a very thief oriented style of gameplay, maybe more suited to a spinoff or something.

Well, if they had paper records like it most likely. You can pretty well figure that gets lost during the dragon attack.

So no, all evidence goes up in flames. Likely along with most witnesses.

With Dragons attacking, you will really not be a priority. And the eventual title of Dovakiin may sway some past judgements. Anything could happen in the process of the execution. The Blades may have a release form or a Dragon could swoop down and kill everyone effectively making you anonymous.
