Anyone on PC going to use a 360 pad?

Post » Sun Oct 02, 2011 11:45 pm

I have my pc hooked up to my big tv and enjoy Just Cause 2 and borderlands this way. I'll go hardcoe m+k sometimes, but when I just get Skyrim I want to sit back relax and enjoy.

Anyone else doing the same?

Totally, I have tried just cause 2 with both Controller and keyboard, and I prefer Keyboard on this one. But I will play skyrim with my 360 usb controller.

I am a PC gamer. I cant stand using the mouse and keyboard for anything but strategy games. Ill be using a 360 controller, they are just so much more a fluid controll system.

I have a Microsoft Wireless Gaming Receiver, and use a wireless 360 controller to play Just Cause 2, but I'm using mouse and keyboard for Skyrim.

Here *raises hand* I'm hoping all keys on our keyboards will still work when using a controller so we can still access and utilize mod added keypresses. I want to use both methods at the same time, holding my controller over my keyboard and using my pinkies to hit mod added hotkeys and/or just to be able to seamlessly switch to the opposite if the context calls for it (eating while playing, for instance).

I'm absolutely terrible with controllers, so I wouldn't do it. I'd consider it for Just Cause 2 though since that game has terrible mouse acceleration issues and lots of auto aim so I wouldn't have to be accurate.

Sorry but no a chance, mous eand keyboard all the way for me. Pads are just to damn slow reaction-wise. Moving and looking using my thumbs? no ty, its like flying a plane using your feet on the yoke.
