I'm looking for someone who can make a particular set of Vanguard armor for me, preferably in Dark Blue and isn't a retexture of a existing armor in Oblivion/Any other plug-ins.

Above is an example of what it's supposed to be inspired off of, but I want someone to make a new kind of armor like this, Dark Blue and Silver would be the preferred colors.
