ED-E damaged my weapon by repairing it : Fallout: New Vegas

I just had ED-E repair my GRA Tri-Beam Laser Rifle but instead he degraded it down from at least 95% to 75% condition. :brokencomputer:

Maybe the mod that increases it's condition by 200% activated this bug, like the Brush Gun Forged Reciever bug. *sigh*
