making total skills from ATBs #299

1 Intense Training in END giving survival & and unarmed + 2 = 4

now total skills are #303

and with implants in STR, PER, END, CRA, AGL associated skills go up 20

new total is #323

and with 827 skill points at level 50 with a starting INT of 10 and with Educated perk at level 4

A grand total of 1150 skill points

and with 65 skill points from the skiiled trait you have 1215 skill points out of 1300

needing only 2 skill book for each skill with Comprehension perk to max all skills

i just need Confirmation because my math is horrible. sorry if my chart or spelling is bad (or worse)
