Well for something as meaningful as the final boss battle I think I'd go with whatever symphonic piece they obviously constructed specifically for it in that case

I almost always either listen to the OST or turn the music off in a game, but if I were to play another song during an epic battle in Skyrim it would have to be something from the Shadow of the Colossus OST, like "Demise of the Ritual". Or "A Despair-Filled Farewell" - the title would better suit the final battle in a TES game for me.. :sad:
