Probably not.

You have to realize the disk version costs the company far more money than a downloadable version. Posts by Jason Bergman also seem to imply that all New Vegas activity and business is done.

Not to mention if you can post on these forums, you can download a what, 40MB DLC? (You DO have internet access, don't you?)

Disc versions are useless, and detract from the whole point of DLC, which is screwing the retailers back for screwing the publishers out of re-sale profits.
