Now i was glad Skyrims Speech WONT be like the old speech system

But i hope its not like Fallout: 3 speech system but instead Fallout: New Vegas system
i hated the speech in fallout were speech points would just raise your % chance instead of giving the PC a legit set level were my speech was actually useful instead of lucky

DOES anyone know how the Speech system will work?
