Pretty much title, what exactly changes to the Mojave when you have completed LR.

Any more spawn points, conversation options, new areas etc.

Nothing except changes to ED-E and the locations possibly hit by you-know-whats.

I was hoping for tunnelers to end up in the mojave. i kinda thought they were the way ullyses talked about them.

I liked Lonsome Road. The conversations with ED-E were interesting and I did get a chuckle out of the "human mating call" dialogue line. I choose both sides at the end since I was taking over New Vegas myself.
