That link's dead. I can't find anywhere else to legally buy the official DLCs for the boxed game (don't tell me to go to Steam.) I guess Bethesda is giving us the green light to pirate their DLC by making it impossible to purchase them anywhere.

Obviously they are not giving anyone the green light to pirate anything, which is also not a discussable topic on these forums. You can try sending an email to customer support, but if that fails and you can't find the DLCs your preferred way, then you're just out of luck or will have to use what you don't want to use.
