WHY ARE YOU NOT FIXING THE DANG SS ACHEIVEMENT!

I just beat the game TWICE on SS and no Achievement popped! Why can't you FIX this issue? There are tons of people complaining about the issue and you seem to IGNORE IT!!

Or at least tell us some solution to fix the issue. Do we need to delete the save file and start over or WHAT? Any suggestions would be of some help!
