I'm playing Morrowind again after a few years and I can't shake the feeling that I've missed out on some quests this time around, particularly in the Morag Tong. I've completed the entire campaign and compared my quests to the wiki and it seems I haven't missed any. But I'm almost sure there was one to kill a bandit leader in a cave in the Sheogorad region. I remember it because I couldn't find him, then I read a note he left saying "I feel safe up here." So you look up and there's another section to the cave that you have to levitate up to and the guys up there.

Was that a morag tong quest? If not who's quest was it?

And an unrelated Morag Tong question, what do you do with any sanguine artifacts that you find after Eno has retired (or you killed him)? Can you turn them in to someone else?
