So now that strength attribute is removed, what will determine our limit of carrying things ?

In Skyrim they still show you how close you are to become over encumbered, but what I do not know is how to increase the maximum weight you can carry. In MW and OB you could do this by adding points to the strength attribute when you level up, now that strength is gone, what's going to determine the weight you can carry?

They'll have perks too, already one from the revealed pickpocket tree, extra pockets or something, either +50 or +100 pounds to carry weight, I forget

Probably either Health or Health and stamina. The stats would be divided by something. Either that or there is no limit

Bethesda, in their infinite wisdom, have decided to factor strength/encumberance under stamina... which also determines how long you can sprint for.

Kind've stupid really. http://www.swiftfeetaz.com/pictures/mike_running_lt.jpg has high stamina and can probably run for ages, despite being rather weak physically. While http://www.worldsmostunique.com/images/images/worlds-strongest-man-2009_jpg.jpg could probably carry a lot more weight without being overcome, but would likely get exhausted very quickly trying to sprint.

The two should clearly be separate.
