35 days left

Post » Fri Oct 07, 2011 8:42 pm

I've been counting how many days left until skyrim comes out for a really really long time now... when I first started there were over 100 days until it came out... and now it's only down to 35... I feel as if I need to accomplish something every day until it comes out... like tomorrow... I'm going to memorize the words of the Skyrim theme... the next day... I'm going to read as much lore as I possibly can... the next day... I'm going to make a Nord on Oblivion and name him Dovahkiin...

Any sugestions on what I should do the following days?

34 days 23 hours 32 minutes and 5 seconds left

Keeping track of the days will only make it longer.

That's what I was thinking, yesterday there was a '36 days to go' thread, the day before it there was a '37 for skyrim!' thread :P I can't imagine how it will be the day before release.. wait, I can!!

"OMG TOMORROW SKYRIM!!"
"SKYRIM IS HERE FOLKS!!"
"1 DAY TO GO!!"
"IM GONNA DIE WITH ANTICIPATION"

haha :celebration:

I suggest working on the social life that Skyrim is going to murder.

Or maybe thats just me. Get all the talking to people that i need to do out of my system this month, then drop off the radar next. :whistling:

Woo. It's weird, I thought I'd be impatient waiting for the game, but I'm not, really.

Oh, here:
Climb every mountain,
Ford every stream,
Follow every rainbow,
'Till you find your dream.

Oh I have no social life right now... I broke my knee... sounds like a weird thing to break but I did it... currently recovering from surgery and will be out of school for another 3 weeks... so the most exciting thing I can do right now is prepare for Skyrim...

...That sounds extremely painful and I'm sorry.

Hmm....in that case, personally I've been replaying the Assassin's Creed Series in my free time.

Given Revelations comes out this fall as well, it seemed like a good time sink if you enjoy those games.

It was extremely painful... but is now just a hassle...

Yea I recently replayed brotherhood... and got the platinum for it as I am a ps3 player (first platinum actually)... I'm pretty tired of AC right now... probably not even going to get revelations until it's dropped in price...

Meanwhile I will be playing Cod with friends who come over and looking up more news on Skyrim... sounds fun huh?

It doesn't sound too bad honestly. Though, I'm coming into mid-term week at college so nearly anything sounds better then those.

I wish there was more info being released, but I'm starting to think they are going to give us less since its coming into the home stretch.

I've been holding my breath for a marketing campaign/trailer like the new vegas spots, to atleast maybe give us a teaser of something fresh.

Beyond that, I'm sorry I'm not much use on what to play. I'm an xbox user myself so I'm not sure what games to recommend.

35 days indeed... I remember when it was 222 days left. Pretty crazy how time flies! In the mean time I'm studying for college midterm exams next week and playing Gears of War 3. Oh sweet, sweet horde :)

Honestly, it feels surreal that its so close, haha. I mean, it feels like I've been waiting for so long, talking about Skyrim every single day online, following news so closely that its almost as though the fact that its so near to being mine hasn't sunk in completely yet; time has just flown right by! Either way, I am ready for this game.
