Oblivion voice acting and skyrim

So I hope you all remember OB MQ and I found the only bit of decent voice acting when the king is assasinated, the blade guy looks like he has emotions and the way he talks is pretty realistic. The main quest has some more important voice acting but, sidequests are just lame, the rat-basemant lady voice was just [censored].
Now in skyrim will mainquest have epic voice acting and the sidequest those boring +2000 recorded messages that are recorded in a hurry? Discus

14 to 70 voice actors is great! But does this fix it?

70+ voice actors they boast.

Though to be honest, judging by some of the demo videos, there's still going to be some subpar voice-acting. Like that Guard fighting the Dragon.

Remember the sidequest Mazoga the Orc, Where Spirit Have Lease, and the Dark Brotherhood questline? Those had pretty good voice acting (particularely from Linda Carter and Wes Johnson_.

Pete Hines confirmed that the voice acting in the E3 demo that was released a month ago was a placeholder. All of it is being replaced in the final product.

Meh, it doesn't bother me too much. TES games aren't supposed to be really cinematic, story-driven experiences. As long as there are enough professional voice actors to make NPCs sound unique, and the voices all fit the setting well, i'm happy. I'd even prefer it if they got rid of most of the voice acting in favour of written dialogue.
