Bethesda didn't make rage but they put their name at it as a publisher, they put their name at the buggiest and more problematic game of 2011, and that doesn't change the 7,000 thousands of bugs that oblivion had. Buggs are in their blood, and before the 1.2 patch at oblivion the game lose items and textures and become unplayable and users should start it over at that time. (always talking about the pc ver).

Skyrim will have bugs, it's certain. The game is too big not to have a good amount of them. They probably won't be as obvious as rage's. They've developed multi-platform before and the engine they use doesn't seem to be as ambitious/risky as the one id used (megatexture and all). From there on, if history repeats itself, patches will fix some of the bugs, unofficial patches will fix some more.

Yeah, I know..I'm saying I'm worried they would avoid delaying it (even if deep down they thought it would be a good idea because of too many bugs) just to avoid missing that date.

I'm failing to see your logic. Are you saying that Rage wasn't developed correctly because Bethesda has a hand in how its getting out to the public?

How come RAGE is on the Bethesda website, has a Bethesda forum, ID is now owned by Zenimax and Bethesda is featured on the game box but because it had a crappy start it has ABSOLUTLY nothing to do with it?... Sounds kinda hokey. I bet if thier release was epicly flawless all we would hear is how bethesda made it so....

There's multiple layers to a company.

The Bethesda "Softworks" is the company that produced RAGE (initally EA), but RAGE was developed ( = built/made) by Id.
Bethesda "Game Studios" is developing Skyrim...

They aren't even in the same State... Bethesda Game Studios is in Maryland, Id Software is in Texas.
