After I completed Old World Blues and returned to the wasteland, I used the Transportalponder for another round trip to Big Mt. Now the Transportalponder no longer works, giving the message about having to be outside in the wasteland regardless of where in the wasteland I am at the time. I used the coc command to get back to The Sink and found the Transportalponder no longer would work from locations in Big Mt. Is this a known bug that is supposed to be fixed in some future update? I have found on the web multiple reports of other people having the same problem with no proposed solutions other than using the console or a mod.
