Couple quick questions.

Does increasing the difficulty also increase amount of experience earned?

Will recruiting followers in skyrim be similar to FO3? As in there are only a couple people that you can recruit, or will it be more like the marriage system in Skyrim where you can pretty much get anybody as long as they like you?

Thanks for any info :)

Increasing the difficulty will not give you extra XP and you can either hire or persuade many people to become a companion.

I don't believe there has been any word on that, but it's unlikely that your experience will go up quicker if you select a higher difficulty as it is called 'hard' not level up faster.

There are a lot of people you can befriend and/or marry. They will be your companions if you do this. You can only have 2 at one time though (humanoid, and animal). Not sure about the first question though.

there are a few fleshed out companions, but you can pretty much take anyone who you're really good friends with. You can also hire mercs to accompany you.
