Eh, Imperials always had the most useless racial traits and wealth is so easy to amass in TES anyway. For me, it doesn't matter. I don't like Imperials anyway.

I'm more for imperials getting a bonus when gaining disposition and a discount when losing disposition. Makes more sense logically and lorewise.
