From xbox to pc

Post » Sat Oct 08, 2011 2:47 pm

I know this will probably be a no , but I am wondering it it could be possible the opportunity to have the savegames from xbox be converted to pc and when and if the achievements gained on pc account could be switched and appear also for the same xbox version , so a sort of interoperability exchange between the two versions ..... also it will be possible to see some pc screens ?....

I was intending to buy the version for pc , because of graphics , modding etc , but indoubtely but the xbox version is appealing for the comfy and the bigger screen possibilities and also the possibility to play with friends achievemnets etc...

For one, in Skyrim you won't be able to play with your friends, and the steam version will likely have achievements. If you want to talk to friends while playing skyrim, take your controller and mic to your desk.
On topic, no, you can't take your saves to the PC Version.
Edit: if the game supports GfWL (games for windows live) then yes, you can get the achievements on Xbox.

I can see why that would be useful, and I think I remember people being able to do that already with Oblivion by putting the save file on a USB stick, but I'm fairly sure Microsoft frowns on it.

On most TV's there's a pc-rgb slot where you can plug in your computer so instead of your smaller monitor you basically have a larger monitor

Not to mention most graphics cards have an HDMI port as well as most TV's these days.
