Where is the most convenient safe storage location for Honest Hearts? I've searched the forum and there seem to be conflicting answers to this. Do the workbench and reloading bench containers at Angel Cave respawn? Are the duffle bags at the entrance to the DLC safe?

Also, is Follows-Chalk better used as melee or ranged fighter? The Wiki says he only has melee tagged, but his default mode is with his .45. If he IS preferred as a melee fighter, is his War Club adequate?
