Basically when the guy was watching Pete play Skyrim, the way that you summon bound weapons is really cool. When you cast the spell, you use your other hand and you stretch out the bound weapon, the bound weapons are made out of some type of etheral material, and you stretch it out to form a bound weapon. Sounds freakin awesome!

Conjured weapons look ethereal, the world generally looks very nice and polished, but the mammoth looked bad.

EDIT: Oh, and when fighting a dragon his shield got frozen, and you could see this when he went to block.
