Can Children Report Crimes? : V

So we know you can't kill them so what happens if you barge into their house and kill their family. I'm not a sick bastard so I'm not rallying them to add in the ability to kill children, but isn't it a little unfair if you can't stop them from reporting you.

All NPC's and ~~chickens~~ children can report crimes.

I hope not. I'd consider it a serious flaw if children are able to "report" your crimes. If Bethesda is going to put in a system where you can kill witnesses in order to not gain a bounty then it would make little sense to have NPCs running around that couldn't be harmed yet could still report crimes.

The question for me is, "Will the gaurds beleive the child who reports your crime? Especially if you have a high rapport with the gaurds."
