I think it would be a great ending to skyrim if you became high king and lived in a castle and got to make decisions (similar to your duties as sheogorath) what do you people think?

No thanks. I wasn't terribly impressed with being a Daedric Prince, so I don't imagine I'll care to be King.

No, no game(that I've played/heard of) has done the whole "king/ruler" thing well.
