Entering Dark Brotherhood

This is a spoiler but it says how one person got into the dark brotherhood :

Spoiler
Spoilers about how you are possibly recruited into the Dark Brotherhood: Upon visiting a boy in Windhelm, he offers you a contract. The contract has you going to an orphanage to kill a vicious lady who hits the children and prevents them from being adopted. The orphanage is located in The Rift. Upon arriving there, the player sees how the woman is berating the children and then stalks her until they are both alone. He kills her. After that, he notices that the children find out and they all start to laugh / applaud (one even commends the Dark Brotherhood). After that quest is finished, you’ll receive a note from the Dark Brotherhood given to you by a courier.

Sounds neat. Thats the kind of kill a good-hearted character would do, tho, but I guess they get 'better' over time :)

O_O I'm all for justice, but... Any moral person would be creeped out by this.

Shackle her and drag her to the nearest courthouse, have the children vouche against her, and let her be executed.

I'd prefer that, but having the kids act that way for a borderline murder is.... Messed up.

I think the children in real life would be more in "Shock" then applauding and screaming and hollering in praise.

One should never underestimate the hatred of children.

True. Look at Lord of the Flies. Lots of crazy stuff done by kids in that book.

I like. Seems overall to be justice. Obviously reactions are rather creepy, which makes me question the validity of justice in that, but I guess I will find out when I play it.
